According to reports, most of the countertops currently used by consumers are artificial stone or natural stone countertops. Stone countertops are made by bonding several pieces of stone. The bonding time, the amount of glue used and the degree of polishing will affect the appearance of the countertop. Generally it takes half an hour to bond the countertops in summer and one hour to one and a half hours in winter. Use professional glue for bonding. Hardware installation: basin, faucet, pull basket is also the highlight of the cabinet. When installing the hanging cabinet and the countertop, in order to prevent the wood chips from falling into the basket track, the basket should be covered with a cover to avoid affecting the future use.

Water basin installation involves launching. When installing the cabinet, the installation of the water will use the method of on-site drilling. Use a professional hole punch to make holes according to the size of the pipe. The diameter of the hole should be at least 3-4 mm larger than the pipe. The part is sealed with a sealing strip to prevent water seepage from expanding and deforming at the edge of the wood, which affects the service life of the cabinet.

Cooker electrical installation: The installation of embedded electrical appliances in the cabinet only needs to open the power hole on the spot, but the power hole cannot be opened too small, so as to avoid disassembly in the future during maintenance. Some consumers require workers to wrap up water meters and gas meters because of their unattractive appearance. Relevant experts said that if workers wrap water meters and gas meters in the future, trouble will occur in maintenance. The state also has related standards that do not allow packaging of electricity meters and gas meters.

In order to ensure the use and smoking effect when installing the range hood, the distance between the range hood and the stove is generally between 750-800 mm. If the installation height is too high, it will affect the smoking effect. When installing the range hood, it should be aligned with the cooker left and right, and the height can be adjusted according to the actual situation.

The most important thing for installing a cooker is to connect the gas source. It must be ensured that the air inlet is not leaking. Generally, the gas source should be connected by a natural gas company.

Adjust the cabinet door: The final step of installing the cabinet is to adjust the door panel to ensure that the gap of the cabinet door is even and vertical.
